The decisions that are made are “fact based.” I have stated many times you don’t have to know the answer, but you have to know how to find the data to make the accurate decision. It first starts with “trust,” I know this group of individuals is dedicated in placing the City, and the interest of our residents first and foremost. This group of leaders have been dedicated to this organization, their Departments’ areas of responsibility and to the residents of Highland Village.Īs a team, we have had to work through multiple decisions on a daily basis, there is a demand that we serve the best interests of all, and act with integrity so that we may earn the respect of all whom we serve in our community. Over the last three months the leadership team for Highland Village have been challenged in a way that has made this group stronger than ever, and I want to identify them and say Thank You!
